During the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Polish Shipowners\u2019 Association, held in Gdynia on 9 October 2026, two new members were admitted to the Association: POLSCA S.A. and \u017begluga Gda\u0144ska sp. z o.o. Both companies will formally join ZAP on 1 January 2027.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

POLSCA S.A., operating under the POLSCA Baltic Ferries brand, brings together the potential and experience of Polish ferry operators associated with the Polferries and Unity Line brands, as well as Euroafrica. The operator provides passenger and freight services between Poland and Scandinavia, while developing an integrated transport offer and sales system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u017begluga Gda\u0144ska sp. z o.o. continues the tradition of a shipping company established in 1946. The company provides coastal passenger services, including popular cruises in the Gulf of Gda\u0144sk and the Vistula Lagoon, as well as freight transport, vessel chartering and ship servicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are delighted to welcome POLSCA S.A. and \u017begluga Gda\u0144ska sp. z o.o. to the Polish Shipowners\u2019 Association. The admission of both companies broadens the representation of Poland\u2019s shipowning community and strengthens the industry\u2019s collective voice on matters of key importance to the development of Polish shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to active cooperation, the exchange of experience and joint initiatives aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of Polish shipping companies, developing the fleet and strengthening Poland\u2019s presence in the European and global maritime markets.
